I am a dual board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP-PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 15 years of direct patient care experience.
I have worked in diverse roles, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders in group practice, community settings, and telehealth. I offer medication management for various mental health conditions for individuals with psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, PTSD, schizophrenia, addiction, etc.

I use a warm, empathic, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach in treating individuals with mental illness.
What you can expect
The initial visit consists of completing a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and identifying risk factors that might affect an individual’s mental health. Diagnoses of mental illness are made based on assessment, and then the most effective care plan for the individual is determined. The treatment plan consists of psychotherapy modalities and psychopharmacology to improve the person’s mental health. As we evaluate progress, we will continue to provide support and education as needed.
